All prices are based on 2 person occupancy. For each additional person age 5 or older add $6 to the cost of the room.
Cardinal Hill Cottages is closed each winter from January through February
Rates are based on 2 or more nights. One night stays are available for an additional $10 charge. For additional people, there is an additional charge of $6 per person, ages 5 and over. If you choose to have more people than the recommended capacity, the $6 charge applies to all people, REGARDLESS OF AGE.

All discounts must be arranged no later than check-in.
No Discounts on Major Holidays, Group Discounts are available for Cottages only. Inquire for details.
Advanced reservations are recommended. A one night deposit is required to hold a reservation. All major credit cards are accepted. You are financially responsible for the total number of days your reserve. No refunds for early departures. Changes or cancellations must be made at least 15 days prior to arrival (30 and 60 days for reunions) or you will be charged for all nights reserved. Your deposit, minus a $10 cancellation fee will be returned it the cancellation is made prior to 15 days. After 15 days, you will be charged for all days reserved. “NO SHOWS” will be charged the full amount of all days reserved, plus tax. If you make the reservation less than the 15 days from arrival, you have 48 hours from the time you called in the reservation to cancel without any penalty or fee.
We have one Pet Cottage and one Pet Motel Room available and there is a charge of $15.00, per pet, per night. $25.00 minimum. Dogs Only – No Cats. 40 pounds, max. Pets are required to be in carrier/cage when left in cottage or room unattended. If pets found in any other cottages or rooms, a $75.00 cleaning fee will be charged and guests will be asked to leave the premises immediately, with no refunds.
